CALEB WARREN - Broker

Caleb Warren is native to the Central Texas area with over 10 years dedicated to the real estate industry. Caleb obtained his degree from Texas A&M University before starting his career in convenience store management. It was the experience and negotiating skills he gained in this role that ignited his passion for real estate. He has been able to combine his knowledge of the local markets with his pursuit of delivering consistent results to his clients. In 2014 Caleb transitioned full time into the field of real estate and opened the Warren Realty Company Brokerage in 2023. He has a successful portfolio over the last decade, specializing in commercial, residential and farm and ranch properties.


Caleb is excited to offer his personal experience along with his brokerage team, here, in Central Texas. He is an expert with the fast paced growth and market conditions of the area and is ready to help his clients find the highest and best use of their property. 


Caleb has also been a Texas Licensed Auctioneer for over 17 years and resides at his ranch home with his beautiful wife and three children. Aside from being a hard-working family man, Caleb is an avid outdoorsman and in his free-time you can find him hunting, fishing or on the lake.

LAURA SIMON - Realtor Associate

We are so excited to have Laura Simon joining WRC as an agent associate serving central Texas. Laura brings with her, 16 years of experience in sales, a strong skillset in negotiating, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the importance of building lasting relationships. She brings a passion for helping every client achieve their real estate dreams. 


Outside of work, Laura is a wife and mom to 3 kids. Her husband is a San Antonio native and they have been raising a family here for over a decade. They love to spend their free time hiking along the many trails found in the city and enjoy all that the San Antonio area has to offer.

JESSICA WARREN  - Realtor Associate

Jessica Warren joins Warren Realty Company as a Texas A&M graduate with a master's degree from Texas State University. Jessica has spent over 2 decades in the field of customer service and brings a wealth of expertise in providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.


Jessica's approach to real estate is rooted in a deep commitment to understanding the unique needs and preferences of each client. She leverages her strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability to ensure that every client receives personalized attention and guidance throughout the buying or selling process. She guides all her clients through every step of their real estate journey, from initial consultations to closing deals, with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.


Outside of real estate, Jessica is a health coach, personal trainer, and mom of 3. In her spare time, you can find her roaming the ranch with her family, chasing kids and taking care of their highland cattle, horses, chickens, and garden.
